Durhamites Sean Lily Wilson and Chris Davis are trying to start a brewery in Durham that will redefine the rules of beer. Called the Fullsteam Brewery, the brewers have already created a sweet potato brew and a hickory-smoked porter (called Hogwash!) and are working on a peach and heirloom rice beer.
